Dijon Fettuccini
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup fat-free plain yogurt
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons dried parsley
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
6 ounces uncooked fettuccini noodles
Mix mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, parsley, and garlic to make the sauce. Set aside.
Meanwhile, cook the fettuccini according to package directions, omitting oil and salt. Drain. Return to pan and add the sauce. Toss well. Cook on low until heated throughout.
These rich-tasting noodles are a good side dish with chicken, pork, seafood, or beef.
